DVL 1.0 / 1.1 (Black Hat) crashes at boot time in VirtualBox Virtual Machine

This is a known problem with VirtualBox. Examples of the crash are "SIGSEV __pthread_initialize_minimal () in /lib/libpthread.so.0". Try to get the latest VirtualBox version (above version 1.3.8). Users reported DVL runs fine with this version! The discussion is located here.

Changing the keyboard language can be done at boot time. On the first boot logon type "dsl lang=XX" and replace XX with your language. For example "de" for German, "es" forSpanish.

Fals du kde benutzt dann kannst du die Deutsche Tastatur einstellen in der /etc/XF86Config

Dort dann diese einstellungen überprüfen:

Option "XkbRules" "xfree86"
Option "XkbModel" "pc101"
Option "XkbLayout" "de"
Option "XkbVariant" "nodeadkeys"

In

/etc/rc.d/rc.keymap

Diese einstellungen testen

/usr/bin/loadkeys de-latin1-nodeadkeys.map
fi

dann sollte auch dort Deutsche Tastatur sein.
